People of all ages and backgrounds can meet and interact with some very knowledgeable & experienced exhibitors. People can experience the atmosphere of farm life, see a cane mill work, a grist mill , black smith, indigo dyeing, spinning, weaving, paper making, listen to bluegrass music, visit old tractors and the people who have labored over their restoration, see old farm equipment, horse and mule demos, Stockpig racing, hay rides, PYO pumpkins, hay maze, barnyard animals, fowl and more. The event is a good mix of learning and fun. It is also a great step to learn more from local people and resources such as the Horry County Museum and Living History farm. We believe the history of the area is too rich to leave undiscovered by younger generations and new people who move here.
Event Location: Indigo Farms 2000 Hwy 57 Little River
