House of Blues brings Celebrity Chef Aarón Sánchez from the Food Network to Myrtle Beach

Oct 22, 2013 11:00am - 2:00pm

House of Blues Myrtle Beach is excited to bring Celebrity Chef,  Aarón Sánchez from the Food Network hit shows, "Chopped" and "Heat Seekers," to the Myrtle Beach on October 21 and 22, 2013.

In 2011, House of Blues debuted the re-branding of its restaurant as Crossroads at House of Blues, which included a new menu of classic comfort food that's bold yet contemporary, created by Sánchez.  The menu features House of Blues staples like Jambalaya, signature burgers, classic salads and steaks. It also introduces a host of tantalizing new offerings such as Shrimp and Grits, a variety of flatbreads and street tacos. Over the past two years, Sánchez has worked with House of Blues to update the menu at all 11 House of Blues locations across the United States. This will be Sánchez's first visit to House of Blues Myrtle Beach.

During his visit to Myrtle Beach, Sánchez will be making an appearance at Taste of the Town and will also be hosting a VIP Dinner at House of Blues to raise money for Taste of the Town on Monday Oct. 21st. Tickets for the VIP dinner are on sale to the public through the House of Blues box office only and seating is limited. Sánchez will be on property at House of Blues meeting the press on Tuesday October 22nd from 11am – 2pm, and then will be doing live cooking demonstrations at Taste of the Town later that evening, where he will also be signing copies of his new book, "Simple Food, Big Flavor."  "Simple Food, Big Flavor" is available for purchase in The Company Store at House of Blues. Media invites will be going out for the Oct. 22nd media event.
